Once you have created your user profile, take a virtual tour of our shop, adding any and all cool products you want to surprise your beloved furry kids at home with. When you’re done shopping, simply click on your CART in the top right of the screen, and select ‘CHECKOUT’.
This will direct you to your CHECKOUT PAGE, where you can tell us whether you want us to deliver, or if you’d prefer to collect from any of our PUPs (PICK UP POINTS), as well as giving you the opportunity to tell us what times suit you for delivery, etc. That’s pretty cool, wouldn’t you say?
Then, once you have decided on the details of your purchase that best suit your needs, you get to choose how you’d like to pay…and we think we have done well to offer you a variety of payment methods, all secured by our trusty payment partners at SagePay! (need to double check if I use SagePay or Netcash’s details)
And there you go, you are set for life! Quite literally, because now you have your very own user profile, and you won’t be asked to do any of that again. Just be sure to remember your login details, and keep them safe from any unwanted prying eyes.
You have chosen some really cool products, and made payment. Thank you from the bottom of our furry hearts! Now this where we aim to impress: Once payment has cleared, we will schedule your delivery within 2 – 3 days from that date. In the unlikely event that our suppliers are out of stock, we will notify you immediately, and allow you to decide how you would like to proceed. Can’t have your furry kids going hungry, now can we!!
We are grateful for your business, and the last thing we want is for you to struggle with the stress of how to safely pay for your order. For this reason, we accept VISA & Mastercard credit cards, debit cards and manual EFT payments. The other cool and easy payment options on the way, and will update this section when they have been implemented!

Our ‘FREE DELIVERY’ offer is there to make sure you get the full value of our service when you place orders that fulfil the following criteria;
– orders over R500.00 (limited to a distance of 20km from Barking Mad Pet Products HQ)
– orders required to be delivered within a 5km radius of Barking Mad Pet Products HQ
– orders placed and one of Barking Mad Pet Products HQ PUPs (PICK UP POINTS) is specified for collection
*Barking Mad Pet Products HQ is situated at 21 Marais Close, Edgemead
